Students in the Professional Healing Artist Program may explore modalities in sessions and then decide in which they'd like to train, become proficient and certified to practice professionally.

Each healer has their own combination of talents and is drawn where the talents naturally reside. These will develop over time. Being sure everything is centered in God, and positivity.

Brain Optimization

SuperBrain Yoga & The Cross Crawl - for whole-brain learning. These activate/energize each brain hemisphere and increase communication across the membrane in between - the corpus callosum. These exercises increase oxygenation and circulation. Previously difficult mental concepts and physical skills are now able to be integrated and performed well.

Peak Brain Clarity and Focus - Exploration of various methods for client appeal. I coach clients to observe and gently adjust sleep, work, family, and self-care times and boundaries to eliminate overwhelm, and bring sharp, high energy, sustained mental focus with ease and joy.

Elevating Mindset (Releasing Limiting Beliefs)

TAT Method for Processing Triggers - How to return from emotional and nervous system activation to love and higher wisdom within 15 minutes. Each trigger points to trauma. This method gently releases a tiny bit incrementally. Tapas acupressure technique with healing statements resets the brain waves. Then from an NVC list, emotions and needs are realized and understood. Then higher wisdom is accessed to receive perspective and love. 

Resentment Clearing - Utilizing the methods brilliantly developed by AA to release resentments, blame and stuck mental energy.

Conscious Core Transformation - Reintegrates aspects of self that were separated due to trauma. Creates a more integrated, powerful self able to manifest visions! CCT maps out a comprehensive set of limiting beliefs and the exact ways these are showing up in emotions and behavior. Through conversational questions the negative pattern is completely mapped out, as well as the person’s life desires. For relaxation, clarity and healing CCT uses mind-body energy work, guided meditation, younger selves that accepted the belief, spiritual guides and the person’s inner wisdom. Laurece co-created this system and trained CCT therapists. It was featured at Kripalu for nine years.
